Assess

We start by finding out what you actually have. Every door is checked against its certification and its installed condition, and every finding is written in plain English with a photograph and a clear priority. You get a picture you can act on and share, not a spreadsheet you need an expert to read.

Reinstate

This is the physical work, carried out by the same team that surveyed the building: fire door repairs, upgrades and replacements, and firestopping to the walls, floors and service penetrations that hold a fire back. Most doors do not need replacing. Where a door can be brought back to standard with the right components and a competent repair, we say so, and we show you the difference in cost before you commit.

Maintain

Three levels, so you can match the contract to the building rather than the other way round. Every tier includes scheduled inspection and a report you can hand upward.

Standard buildings up to 11m: bi-annual or annual fire door inspections. Higher-risk buildings over 11m: quarterly fire door inspections.

    We talk through your portfolio, what you already hold, and what is worrying you. No site visit is booked until we both know it is the right one.

  2. Findings you can read

    Your report arrives with a priority order, photographs, and a plain summary you can put in front of a board or a resident group.

  3. Works quoted line by line

    Every item traces back to a finding, so you can approve, defer or budget for each one. Repair is quoted before replacement wherever repair is genuinely the right answer.

  4. A schedule, not a surprise

    Once the works are signed off, we agree an inspection rhythm that fits your reporting year, so nothing lands on you unannounced.
